The Seed Pod Series are lost wax castings from organic seed pods. The pods are prepared in a proprietary way and then submerged in a plaster like substance called investment. After many hours baking at high heat, the silver hardens and takes the form of what used to be a seed pod. I then use hand fabrication to make each piece unique.
