My work was never about nudes. I am a psychologist who teaches about the psychology of consciousness. I was trying to show in art, the concepts that I was teaching—that there could be two different realities or two different interpretations at the same time—and both could be "correct". I work with film, not digital. I shoot a single exposure of the toy and the model together. I do not use double exposures or photoshop manipulation. I use and darkroom and develop them myself.
