My primary material is clay. Many of my pieces contain an extruded or handbuilt element. Using 1/8” graphic art tape, a design is created after bisque-firing. The piece is then glazed by hand and raku fired.
I make stands and wall hangings from copper and wrought iron for many of the pieces. My wife Gretchen works with me as a collaborative team.
