My parents recognized my art talent early and when I was eight, they sent me to study painting for four years under Adda Asche. At my university, I was a painting major. Where I live in Naples, New York I get inspiration through the rolling hills, glens, and many lakes.
I have worked in pastels for many years, interpreting the figure, as well as interiors and French urban and country scenes. In the last five years, I have been concentrating on landscapes of the eastern U.S., using the medium of oil on canvas and board.
