After exploring a number of different art mediums since the 1960’s, I settled into art jewelry in 2004. I use textures as a major component of my work, including roller printing, materials such as tree barks, rusted steel, dried leaves and other natural elements.
My passion is to create miniature sculptures using a blend of materials that best help me achieve my design directions. I allow the stone, found object or pattern in the material to drive the design. Many of my more distinctive jewelry pieces are named and have stories and symbolism designed into their construction.
